1.1 Members and non-members must pay for their chosen activity at the time of booking or the booking will automatically be cancelled.
1.2 Payment upon booking before utilize the facilities.
2.1 The booking time covers the period of each slots shown in the schedule, date and time section of the booking section. To ensure that everyone has a chance to use the facilities there may be restrictions on the number of bookings each person is permitted to make for each day.
3.1 All customers must report to the counter or the coach leading the class on arrival.
3.2 All online bookings are confirmed by the issuing of a booking confirmation direct to your nominated email address
3.3 A booking confirmation will only be issued subject to receipt of payment
3.4 The booking confirmation maybe asked to be produced at counter or the coach leading the class on arrival to validate a booking
3.5 All bookings are made in the name of a specified individual as set out on the booking confirmation. Proof of identity may be required. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4.1 All bookings are made subject to the terms and conditions of use that may apply from time to time. These are available from counter and our website, and are issued with any booking.
4.2 If members rights are abused any class payment may be terminated without notice and is non-refundable.
5.1 Confirmed bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of MARS.
6.1 Members who have bookings and who fail to attend for a confirmed booking will be expected to pay the facility rate purchased. This is subject to MARS terms and conditions.
