**The participant (without paper) can proceed with the full registration. **The participant with paper can proceed with the full registration after receiving the notification of full paper acceptance. **All accepted papers related to Engineering, Medicine, Sciences and Technology presented in the ESTIC’19 will be included in IET Indexed, IEEE Indexed and INSPEC or other indexed journal. MAHSA University reserves the right to cancel the conference and fully refund the amount of registration fee paid by the participants, should any unforeseen circumstances necessitate it. |

There will be NO REFUND for CANCELLATION of registration. However, replacement of participant is accepted.
MAHSA University reserves the right to cancel the conference and fully refund the amount of registration fee paid by the participants, should any unforseen circumstances necessitate it.
**All accepted research papers related to Engineering, Medicine, Sciences and Technology presented in the ESTIC’19 will be published in International Scopus Indexed Journal or other indexed journal.
