Q&A for Accommodation
In the registration form, tick “required” under the accommodation section. Submit the registration form to ndssc2019@mahsa.edu.my. You will be contacted regarding the confirmation of room types, prices and availability, and a confirmation letter will be sent to you. Upon acceptance of confirmation letter, submit your proof of payment to ndssc2019accom@mahsa.edu.my
No, you MUST find a roommate to stay in a twin sharing room.
Yes, both of you (you and your roommate(s)) will have to pay RM40 per night each which means RM80 is collected for the standard twin sharing room. This also applies to all types of twin sharing room.
The NDSSC committee will only provide suggestions for off-campus accommodations. However, booking or reservations for off-campus accommodations will not be directly related to our event. Please liaise and make reservations with your preferred site of accommodation on your own.
Transportation Info
Our conference venue is situated 30 minutes of driving away from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), and will only take 40 minutes of driving to Kuala Lumpur city centre.
Situated within the vicinity of the affluent residential area of Subang and Puchong, one could easily get to these destinations via ride-hailing services and public transport. Ride-hailing services such as GrabCar is very popular and easily accessible within the Klang Valley.
The nearest light rail transit (LRT) station to the conference venue is the Putra Heights Interchange station. To get there, one could simply board Nadi Putra bus numbered T760. The LRT is the quickest and most affordable option to get around the Greater Kuala Lumpur (Klang Valley) area. Both the Sri Petaling Line and Kelana Jaya Line will be able to take you to the city centre in no time.
