As the newest addition to our university's esteemed faculties and centres, we are thrilled to offer three dynamic programmes: the Diploma in Hotel Management, the Diploma in Restaurant Management, and the Bachelor of Hospitality Management (Hons.). Our state-of-the-art hospitality laboratories provide students with invaluable hands-on experience, mirroring real-world job environments.

Our M-Brasserie restaurant, a bustling commercial establishment, operates from morning until night and offers part-time job opportunities for our students. We have forged strategic alliances with leading hospitality businesses, ensuring our students gain practical work experience both during and after their studies. This experiential learning is a cornerstone of our academic journey, equipping students with the essential skills to excel in the hospitality industry.
